目的:调查某部新兵会阴部皮肤病的发病情况。方法:对某部新兵355例集训前后会阴部皮肤病、男性卫生常识进行调查,部分阳性病例筛查包皮垢试子细菌、真菌培养。结果:新兵会阴部常见皮肤病中,包皮过长占26.5%,包皮垢堆积占26.2%,珍珠状阴茎丘疹占13.8%,包皮龟头炎占8.7%,股真菌病占3.9%。包皮垢试子培养30例,革兰阳性菌100%,革兰阴性菌及动弯杆菌63.3%,真菌10%。结论:包茎、包皮过长及包皮垢堆积影响新兵生殖健康,应采取有效措施干预。
PURPOSE: To investigate the incidence of perineal dermatosis in a recruiter. Methods: Perineal skin diseases and male hygiene common sense were investigated before and after training of 355 recruits. Some positive cases were screened for bacteriostasis and fungi culture. Results: Among the common skin diseases in recruits perineum, the prepuce was 26.5%, smegma 26.2%, pearl penis 17.8%, foreskin balanitis 8.7% and fungi mycosis 3.9%. Smear test 30 cases of culture, Gram-positive bacteria 100%, Gram-negative bacteria and moving Bending 63.3%, fungi 10%. Conclusion: Phimosis, excessive prepuce and smegma affect the reproductive health of recruits. Effective measures should be taken to intervene.
