曾有报道用~(67)Ga、~(201)Tl和其他放射性标记药物进行软组织肉瘤显像,但特异性较差.本文报告用~(111)In标记抗肌球蛋白单克隆抗体(~(111)In-AmAb)对18例软组织肉瘤显像的结果.方法:70~111MBq~(111)In-AmAb静注后23~28、72~76小时各做一次全身扫描,利用感兴趣区(ROI)计算肿瘤与健侧相应组织区的放射性比值(T/N).结果:14例患者探测到一个或更多病灶(3~30cm),与CT、MRI和US结果一致,多发性小病灶(<1~2cm)通常为单独的弥散放射性摄取.7例肺多发性转移灶、4例弥散性摄取和2例局灶性摄取与CT和X线片结果一致.8例骨转移、3例
It has been reported that ~(67)Ga,~(201)Tl and other radiolabeled drugs are used for soft tissue sarcoma imaging, but the specificity is poor. This paper reports the use of ~(111)In labeled anti-myosin monoclonal antibody (~ (111) In-AmAb) Results for 18 cases of soft tissue sarcoma. Methods: Whole body scans were performed at 23 to 28 and 72 to 76 hours after intravenous injection of 70 to 111 MBq of 111 In-AmAb, using the region of interest. (ROI) Radioactivity ratios (T/N) were calculated for the corresponding tissue areas of the tumor and the healthy side. Results: One or more lesions (3 to 30 cm) were detected in 14 patients, consistent with CT, MRI, and US findings. Focal lesions (<1 to 2 cm) are usually diffuse radioactive uptake alone. 7 lung multiple metastases, 4 diffuse uptakes, and 2 focal uptakes are consistent with CT and X-ray findings. 8 bone metastases, 3 example
