全球跨国产业调整和转移的第一次浪潮尚未结束,第二次浪潮又汹涌而来。跨国公司进行产业调整和转移的方式主要有两种:一是国际直接投资,二是跨国服务外包。国际直接投资是跨国公司产业调整和转移的传统方式,而跨国服务外包则是跨国公司产业调整和转移的新兴方式,同时也是中国面临的一次十分难得的发展机遇。本文首先介绍当前跨国IT服务外包的发展情况,然后分析了中国承接跨国IT服务外包的现状,最后探讨了中国承接跨国IT服务外包的对策。
The first wave of global cross-border industrial restructuring and transfer has not ended yet, and the second wave has surged again. There are mainly two kinds of ways for multinational corporations to carry out industrial restructuring and transfer: one is international direct investment; the other is multinational service outsourcing. International direct investment (FDI) is the traditional way of industrial restructuring and transfer of multinational corporations. Multinational service outsourcing is an emerging way of industrial restructuring and transfer of multinational corporations. It is also a very rare development opportunity for China. This article first introduces the current development of multinational IT service outsourcing, and then analyzes the status quo of China undertaking multinational IT service outsourcing. Finally, it discusses China’s countermeasures to undertake multinational IT service outsourcing.
