应用KIP-8510型便携式光合测定仪,直接在田间测定了9个水稻品种(组合)的光合成速率、蒸散速度、气孔扩散度、细胞间隙中CO_2浓度、发现水稻抽穗后剑叶的光合成生产率占总量的73.4%;高产品种在晴天或阴雨天都具有较高的光合生产率和叶绿素含量,剑叶的光合产物是籽粒产量形成的主要来源;理想的株、叶型,能提高个体和群体的光合效应,对高产有重要作用。
