我們小組是一九六五年二月組成的,全組共十人,有七名技术人員,平均工龄不足三年。組成后的两个多月,我們踏勘了一些地区,都未找到矿。当看到別的組找到了原生矿时,同志們心里很着急。有的埋怨領导分配給我們的矿点地质条件差,也有的认为我們是找矿的,找不到矿就没有成績,产生悲观情緒。領导上发現我們这种情况后,就在我們接受新任务之前,組织我們学习了毛主席著作。
Our group was formed in February 1965 and consists of 10 people in total and 7 technicians. The average length of service is less than three years. Two months after the composition, we surveyed some areas, have not found a mine. When you see the other groups to find the native mine, the comrades are anxious. Some blame the geological conditions assigned to us by the leaders are poor, while others think that we are looking for ore. There is no result if we can not find the mine, resulting in pessimism. After our leadership discovered this situation, we organized the study of Chairman Mao’s work before we accepted the new task.
