节水灌溉农业是以作物高产高效为中心,以提高农业用水效益为目的,实现农业可持续发展为条件。其核心是将水从源头到被作物吸收利用全过程的损失减少到最低程度,包括工程措施、农业措施和管理措施三个主要内容。而工程措施中又包括渠道防渗技术、管道输水技术、喷灌技术和微灌技术等。根据有关专家及工程技术人员的论证及近年来的一些实践,不同的节水工程措施实施后,灌溉水的利用率均有提高,节水效益十分明显。1 引黄灌区应以推广输配水系统渠道防渗技术为主。一是采用“U”型混凝土或浆砌石硬化渠道,推广塑料薄膜、土工布防渗等多种
