在构建和谐企业的今天,企业文化建设越来越引起国有大中型企业领导的关注,但就县域中小煤矿而言还是一个薄弱还节。笔者认为:只有大力加强中小煤矿的企业文化建设,才能进一步促进煤矿的安全生产,才能为中小煤矿的转型跨越发展提供强有力的文化支撑。
In building a harmonious enterprise today, the building of enterprise culture has aroused more and more attention of the leaders of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, but it is still a weakness in terms of the small and medium-sized coal mines in the county. The author believes that only by strengthening the corporate cultural construction of small and medium-sized coal mines can we further promote safe production of coal mines in order to provide strong cultural support for the transformational leap-forward development of small and medium mines.
