一、中小企业的划分界限南朝鲜一般把(平时)从业人员5人以上100人以下或200人以下或300人以下的企业划为中小企业,并附加资产规模的限额。换言之,其法定规模或因时而异或因法而异。比如,40年代后期朝鲜银行调查部对南朝鲜企业状况进行统计调查时,就把从业人员5人以上100人以下的企业划为中小企业。这种划分一直沿袭到经济起飞前的60年代初,如在1961年公布并实施《中小企业银行法》时,就照用上述标准,并附带规定资产总额为2000万圆以下的企业。60年代中期修改这一法律实施会时,改变了划分标准,将从业人员5人以上150人以下并
