用鼻腔分泌物中的肥大细胞、嗜酸粒细胞和杯状细胞的阳性率,作为区分变应性和非变应性鼻炎的一项重要客观指标,已被国内外学者公认,但在国内应用还很不普遍。本文报告通过我们的实践总结出的一些比较简便易行的方法,以协助临床诊断。材料及方法(一)标本采取1.查嗜酸粒细胞和杯状细胞让患者将鼻涕擤在蜡纸上,用枪状镊子取其中粘液样的分泌物,在载玻片上涂上薄薄的一层。2.查肥大细胞用小刮匙在中鼻道前端轻轻地刮取粘液性分泌物,涂法同上。
