城市雨水总量控制是海绵城市建设过程中的重要指标之一,对于促渗减排、涵养水源、维护区域水生态至关重要。但是,目前对于城市雨水总量控制的理解存在概念上的混乱和理解误区,结合美国城市雨水径流管理的发展历程,分析了城市雨水径流总量控制的必要性、总量控制参数及特点,并选择我国8个典型城市近30年的降雨资料作为统计样本,比较了不同统计方法对应的设计降雨量的差别,以期为我国海绵城市建设过程中城市雨水总量控制指标的选择提供科学依据。
The control of urban total rainfall is one of the most important indexes in sponge city construction, which is very important for promoting emission reduction, water conservation, and maintaining regional aquatic ecology. However, there are conceptual confusion and misunderstandings in understanding the total amount of urban rainwater control. Combined with the development history of urban stormwater runoff management in the United States, the necessity of total amount control of urban stormwater runoff, total quantity control parameters and characteristics are analyzed. The rainfall data of eight typical cities in China for nearly 30 years are selected as statistical samples to compare the differences between the designed rainfalls corresponding to different statistical methods in order to provide a scientific basis for the selection of urban storm water total control indexes during the sponge city construction.
