建立和完善医院精神文化,提炼出符合医院自身发展的精神内涵,才能促进医院全面发展,提升医疗服务质量。建设医院精神文化主要包括三方面内容:设立共同愿景、确立医院核心价值观、培育医院精神。中国中医科学院眼科医院在医院自身发展过程中,逐渐认识到医院精神文化建设在医院全面发展中的重要作用,医院新任领导班子经过反复实践,充分发挥全院职工的聪明才智,提出了符合自身发展的精神文化建设思路,医院也迎来发展的一个高峰。
