在进行作业环境有机溶剂浓度测定时,一般是用备有氢焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪,将空气样品中的混合成分分离定量。常用采气袋、真空瓶直接采样或用硅胶管、活性碳管吸附采样。作者用市售的活性碳管及试制的硅胶管,进行了混合有机溶剂的回收实验,又于使用粘着剂作业现场的有机溶剂浓度作了测定。根据实验结果,比较了活性碳及硅胶的采样效果,并叙述了测定有机溶剂时的注意事项。
When measuring the organic solvent concentration in the working environment, the gas chromatograph equipped with a hydrogen flame ionization detector is generally used to separate and quantify the mixed components in the air sample. Common gas bag, vacuum flask direct sampling or use silicone tube, activated carbon adsorption sample. The author used a commercially available activated carbon tube and a trial-produced silicone tube to conduct a recovery experiment of the mixed organic solvent and measured the concentration of the organic solvent at the site where the adhesive was used. According to the experimental results, the sampling effect of activated carbon and silica gel was compared, and the precautions when measuring organic solvents were described.
