本文研究了在甲基三乙基胺、硅胶体系中合成SiO_2/Al_2O_3<60的ZSM-12沸石的方法,探讨了杂晶出现的规律及其影响因素,考察了低硅铝比ZSM-12沸石分子筛的某些性质、晶体形貌和晶化动力学。根据ZSM-12沸石中有机胺分解的性质,对有机胺在沸石中占据情况提出了看法。
In this paper, the synthesis of ZSM-12 zeolite with Si0 2 / Al_2O_3 <60 in methyltriethylamine and silica gel system was studied. The appearance of the miscellaneous crystals and its influencing factors were discussed. The effects of low Si / Al ratio ZSM- Some Properties of Zeolite, Crystal Morphology and Crystallization Kinetics. Based on the nature of the decomposition of organic amines in ZSM-12 zeolites, a view is given of the occupancy of organic amines in zeolites.
