本人从教8年,养成了家访的习惯。从事共青团工作以来,这个习惯依然紧紧的伴随着我。哪个青年家庭发生纠纷了,哪个团员生病了,哪个团员青年受表彰或受处分了等等,我都要登门走一趟。实践使我认识到,“家访”是做好团员青年思想政治工作一种特殊而又有效的方法,它能使团干部与团员青年及其家庭成员融洽感情、沟通思想,对调动团员青年的积极性,有着很大的促进作用。
I taught from 8 years to develop a habit of home visits. Since I was working in the Communist Youth League, this custom has remained with me. Which young family disputes, which members sick, which members of the youth by the recognition or punishment, etc., I have to go door to door trip. Practice has made me realize that “home visit” is a special and effective method of doing well the ideological and political work among youth members of the League members. It enables the league leaders and their family members to get in touch with each other and communicate their thoughts, , Has a great role in promoting.
