温拌胶粉改性沥青低温性能研究

为深入研究温拌胶粉改性沥青的低温性能,采用低温弯曲梁流变仪(BBR),测试不同类型温拌胶粉改性沥青的劲度模量和蠕变速率等低温性能评价指标,系统分析了胶粉细度、胶粉掺量以及温拌剂掺量等3个因素对温拌胶粉改性沥青低温性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,胶粉掺量是影响温拌胶粉改性沥青低温性能的最主要影响因素,其次是胶粉细度和温拌剂掺量,但胶粉掺量与胶粉细度的影响作用差距不大。温拌胶粉改性沥青的低温性能随胶粉细度和胶粉掺量的增加而提高,随温拌剂掺量的增加而降低。综合考虑,采用胶粉细度60目,胶粉掺量20%,温拌剂掺量3%制备的温拌胶粉改性沥青的低温性能最佳。 In order to further study the low temperature performance of warm mix rubber modified asphalt, low temperature bending beam rheometer (BBR) was used to evaluate the low temperature performance indexes such as stiffness modulus and creep rate of different types of warm mix rubber modified asphalt, The effects of three factors, including the fineness of powdered cement, the content of powdered rubber and the content of warm mix on the low temperature performance of warm mix modified asphalt were systematically analyzed. The results showed that the content of rubber powder is the most important factor to affect the low temperature performance of Wm rubber modified asphalt, followed by the fineness of powder and the content of Wm. However, the content of rubber powder is affected by the fineness of rubber powder The effect is small. The low temperature performance of the warm mix rubber modified asphalt increases with the increase of the fineness of the rubber powder and the content of the plastic powder, and decreases with the increase of the amount of the warm mixer. Taken together, the use of powder fineness 60 mesh, plastic powder content of 20%, 3% of the temperature mixing agent prepared warm mix rubber modified asphalt at low temperature performance best.
