我地桑椹果资源比较丰富。近年来,笔者试用桑椹果代替马铃薯制备母种培养基,经平菇、草菇、蘑菇、香菇、猴头、金针菇、木耳、灵芝等多种食用菌组织分离、扩制母种接种试验,效果良好。菌丝萌发快,生长势强,整齐粗壮,6～8天可长满斜面,且不易老化。桑椹果取材容易,在农村尤其是蚕乡资源广阔,值得推广利用。现将制做方法简介如下:
