本文通过对健康管理的产生及现状等的论述,阐明在人群中推行健康管理是提高公众健康水平的切实有效的方法。并从健康管理的对象内容、意义及实施方法等方面进行讨论。实践证明健康管理可以明显降低慢性疾病患病率,有效地降低医疗支出。因此,健康管理是最经济有效的把握和维护健康的方法 ,应该在人群中大力推广。
