在中职学校的教学中,体育是非常重要的一个科目,而终身体育教学则是体育教学中最为关键的一项内容。体育教学对中职生的身体发展有着很大的影响,在教学中应该树立学生终身学习的体育意识,不断的培养体育兴趣,促进身体的健康发展。文章通过对中职学校体育教学的研究,详细的分析了终身体育视角的中等职业学校体育教学。
In the teaching of secondary vocational schools, sports is a very important subject, and lifelong physical education is the most crucial part in physical education. Physical education has a great influence on the body development of secondary vocational students. In teaching, students should establish the sports awareness of lifelong learning and constantly cultivate their interest in sports so as to promote their healthy development. Through the study of physical education in secondary vocational schools, the article analyzes in detail the physical education of secondary vocational schools from the perspective of lifelong physical education.
