目的 :应用小剂量卡介苗 (BCG)行膀胱腔内灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发 ,观察其疗效及减少卡介苗应用中副作用的发生。方法 :对术后 167例浅表性膀胱癌应用 5mg卡介苗行膀胱腔内灌注。结果 :经临床应用证实肿瘤复发率为 16 7%。同时并发症明显减少。结论 :小剂量卡介苗膀胱内灌注疗效确切 ,能明显减少副作用。同时也为延长疗程提供了条件
OBJECTIVE: To prevent the recurrence of bladder cancer by intravesical instillation of low dose BCG and to observe its curative effect and reduce the occurrence of side effects in BCG application. Methods: 167 cases of superficial bladder cancer after intravesical instillation of 5mg BCG. Results: The tumor recurrence rate was 16.7% confirmed by clinical application. At the same time significantly reduced complications. Conclusion: The low dose of BCG is effective in intravesical instillation, which can significantly reduce the side effects. It also provides the conditions for prolonged treatment
