目的:建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定罗汉果中11种微量元素的方法。方法:罗汉果样品经HNO3-H2O2微波消解后,ICP-OES法测定Al、Ba、Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Na、P、S和Zn等11种微量元素。结果:11种微量元素的线性良好(相关系数R2>0.9994),检出限在0.9~10.2μg/L,方法精密度(RSD)在1.0%~7.3%范围内,回收率在88.7%~107.4%范围内;测定了四川大米国家标准物质,标准物质的测定结果与参考值基本一致;测定结果表明:罗汉果中K、Mg、Ca、P、S的含量较高。结论:本方法快速灵敏准确,适用于罗汉果中11种微量元素的分析。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of eleven trace elements in Luo Han Guo by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Methods: The trace elements of Al, Ba, Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Na, P, S and Zn were determined by microwave digestion with HNO3-H2O2 and ICP-OES method. Results: The linearity of 11 trace elements was good (correlation coefficient R2> 0.9994), the detection limit was 0.9 ~ 10.2μg / L, the method precision was within the range of 1.0% -7.3%, the recoveries were between 88.7% and 107.4% % Range; Determination of Sichuan rice national standards, the measured results of the reference material is consistent with the reference value; determination results show: Mangosteen K, Mg, Ca, P, S content is higher. Conclusion: The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate and suitable for the analysis of 11 trace elements in Luo Han Guo.
