分析了2003年我国北方地区沙尘天气减缓的因素,指出沙尘暴从本质上讲是一种自然现象.解决沙尘暴污染问题是一个长期的过程。
This paper analyzes the factors that slow down the dust weather in the northern part of China in 2003 and points out that the sandstorm is a natural phenomenon in essence.It is a long-term process to solve the pollution problem of dust storms.
