1984年4月26日～4月27日在杭州对浙江省计量局和浙江大学科仪系研制的 HB—1型电涡流式薄膜真空计的技术进行了鉴定。来自全国各地的40多名代表参加了鉴定会。与会代表认为电涡流式薄膜真空计属于国内首创,原理正确、设计合理,其测量精度达到国内先进水平。HB—1型真空计由两个传感器和一台测量仪器组成。测量范围为10~(-2)～760托(10~(-2)托为检测灵敏限)。共分1、3、10、100、300、760六个量程。设计的测量精度指标为不大于每档满度值的±3%。
From April 26, 1984 to April 27, 1984, the technology of HB-1 eddy current film vacuum gauge developed by Zhejiang Bureau of Metrology and Zhejiang University was developed in Hangzhou. More than 40 representatives from all over the country participated in the appraisal meeting. Participants that the eddy current film vacuum gauge belongs to the domestic initiative, the principle is correct, the design is reasonable, the measurement accuracy reached the domestic advanced level. HB-1-type vacuum gauge consists of two sensors and a measuring instrument. The measurement range is 10 ~ (-2) ~ 760 Torr (10 ~ (-2) Torr for detection sensitivity limit). Divided into 1,3,10,100,300,760 six range. Design measurement accuracy index is not more than ± 3% of full scale value.
