用近场传声器测量物体的振动具有对被测物体不附加质量和刚度等优点。本文从传声器的力学及电学模型出发,探讨了传声器测振的原理,介绍了用传声器作为响应感受器进行悬臂梁模态试验分析及梯形板固有频率测量的实验方法,还将传声器测量结果与加速度计测量及有限元计算结果进行了对比,讨论了影响传声器测量精度的诸因素。
Near-field microphones to measure the vibration of the object has no additional quality and stiffness of the measured object and so on. In this paper, based on the mechanical and electrical model of the microphone, the principle of microphone vibration measurement is discussed. The microphone can be used as the modal analysis of the cantilever and the experimental method of measuring the natural frequency of the trapezoidal plate. The microphone measurement results are also compared with the accelerometer The results of the measurement and finite element analysis are compared. The factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the microphone are discussed.
