例1:女,42岁.患者于1989年1月19日无明显诱因出现右侧额眼眶部胀跳痛,疼痛加重时伴恶心呕吐,右眼视物模糊,复视,向右视物时看不见.检查:右额部痛觉减退,右眼裂变小,瞳孔右3 mm,左2 mm,右眼球向各方运动时均有不完全受限.腰穿细胞数5×106/L,头颅CT、颈椎照片未见异常.给予地塞米松20 mg,先锋霉素V等治疗,住院1个月症状消失出院.半年后又再次发作,给予以上治疗治愈出院.以后又发作2次.做MRI正常,给予激素治愈出院.例2:女,48岁.
