蓖麻蚕胚胎发育速度与温度有很大关系。在适宜于胚胎发育的温度条件下,温度高,发育快。本报告比较了四个温度(30°、25°、20°、15℃)对蓖麻蚕胚胎发育速度的影响,为生产实践中延缓或加速胚子发育提供理论依据。现将初步比较观察小结如下: 首先概略地说明30℃温度下蓖麻蚕胚胎发育过程:蓖麻蚕卵产出以后,经过两次成熟分裂,继而原核结合。卵产后3小时左右开始卵裂。6小时后,增殖的细胞核分散在卵黄质的上半部(近靠卵孔一端),以后继续分裂,
Castor silkworm embryo development and temperature have a great relationship. In the temperature suitable for embryonic development, the temperature is high, rapid development. This report compares the effects of four temperatures (30 °, 25 °, 20 °, 15 ° C) on the developmental rate of embryo in Castanopsis fargesii and provides a theoretical basis for delaying or accelerating the development of embryos in production practice. About 3 hours after birth, the egg begins to cleave. Six hours later, the proliferating nucleus was dispersed in the upper half of the yolk (near the end of the ovum) and continued to divide afterwards.
