富源县墨红乡普冲村公所,是省科协“六个一百”科普工程中的“学科学、用科学先进党支部”。这个人均仅有0.39亩地的村公所,在党支部的领导下,扎扎实实地在全村掀起学用科技热潮,取得了好的效果。1998年初,县科协和乡政府的领导及科技人员到该村,就如何抓好学用科技,党支部作了专题研究。党支部“一班人”深受鼓舞。他们认为,只有引导群众学科技,用科技,提高科技文化素质,用科学战胜愚昧,才能根治贫穷。
