目的应用速度向量成像(VVI)技术研究正常人左室心肌收缩和舒张运动随年龄变化规律。方法按年龄将148例健康志愿者分为三组:青年组(18-39岁)56例;中年组(40-59岁)50例;老年组(≥60岁)42例。用VVI技术观察各组左室心肌收缩期峰值速度(Vs)、舒张早期峰值速度(Ve)和心房收缩峰值速度(Va),分析左室心肌运动的年龄差异。结果同一左心室壁,基底段的心肌运动速度最快,心尖段的速度最慢;左室侧壁、后壁、前壁、下壁运动速度较快,而前间隔最低。随着年龄增加,左室心肌运动速度减慢,而心房肌运动速度加快。结论正常人心脏室壁运动收缩和舒张速度呈规律性变化,年龄是重要影响因素。
Objective To study the changes of left ventricular systolic and diastolic motion with age using velocity vector imaging (VVI) technique. Methods 148 healthy volunteers were divided into three groups according to their age: 56 in the young group (18-39 years), 50 in the middle-aged group (40-59 years) and 42 in the elderly group (≥60 years). The peak systolic velocity (Vs), peak diastolic velocity (Ve) and atrial peak velocity (Va) of left ventricular myocardium in each group were observed by VVI technique. The age differences of left ventricular myocardial motion were analyzed. Results In the same LV wall, the basal segment had the fastest myocardial motion and the apical segment with the slowest speed. The left ventricular wall, posterior wall, anterior wall and inferior wall moved faster and the anterior interval was the lowest. With age, left ventricular myocardial motion slowed down, while the atrial muscle movement speed. Conclusion Normal human heart wall motion contraction and diastolic velocity showed regular changes, and age was an important factor.
