顶岗实习,是指学过大部分基础技术课之后和在基本上完成教学实习,到专业对口的现场直接参与生产过程,综合运用本专业所学的知识和技能,以完成一定的生产任务,并进一步获得感性认识,掌握操作技能,学习企业管理,养成正确劳动态度的一种实践性教学形式。目前在高职院校会计专业顶岗实习工作中出现了诸多问题,笔者通过调研、分析,提出了几点思考。
Post internship means that after most basic technical courses have been learned and teaching practice is basically completed, the professional counterparts are directly involved in the production process at the site, and the knowledge and skills learned in this major are used in an integrated manner to accomplish certain production tasks. Further gaining perceptual knowledge, mastering operational skills, learning business management, and developing a correct working attitude is a practical teaching form. At present, there are many problems in the internship of positions in accounting in higher vocational colleges. The author puts forward some thoughts through investigation and analysis.
