采用微观相场法研究高Al浓度Ni75AlxV25-x合金析出相Ni3Al的反位缺陷随Al浓度增高的变化规律。选取在1150K温度下时效从8at%Al至20at%Al的共14个合金作为研究对象。研究结果显示:此类型合金主要反位缺陷类型是VAl、NiAl;随Al浓度增高,反位缺陷AlNi增高;而NiAl、VAl、VNi3种反位缺陷变化与Al浓度和Ni3V析出与否相关,Al浓度稍低时,有Ni3V相析出,Al浓度增高反位缺陷NiAl降低,VNi升高,VAl没变化;Al浓度稍高时,无Ni3V相析出,Al浓度增高反位缺陷NiAl稍有降低,VNi、VAl明显降低。
The micro-phase field method was used to study the variation of anti-position defects of Ni3Al precipitated with high Al concentration in Ni75AlxV25-x alloy with increasing Al concentration. A total of 14 alloys aged from 8 at% Al to 20 at% Al aged at 1150 K were selected as research objects. The results show that the type of anti-AlN defect is VAl and NiAl. With the increase of Al concentration, the anti-AlNi increases. The AlN and Ni3V anti-AlZ defects are related to the Al3Al precipitation and Al3Al When the Al concentration is slightly higher, Ni3V phase is precipitated and the Al concentration is increased. NiAl is decreased, VNi is increased, VAl is not changed. When Al concentration is slightly higher, Ni3V phase is not precipitated. , VAl significantly reduced.
