企业工会工作只有做到与生产经营的有效融合,才能更好地发挥工会在创建和谐企业中的职能作用。要做到真正有效地融合,就必须把了解掌握本单位生产经营实际状况作为融合的前提条件,以找准融合的切入点;把切中实际开展活动作为融合的必要手段,以提高企业经营效益,促进企业发展;把建立考核评比机制作为融合的有利保障,以最广泛,最大限度地调动全员参与企业生产经营的积极性、创造性,以维护会员的根本利益。
