目的了解乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因型在内蒙古兴安盟科右中旗地区蒙古族及汉族人群之间的分布情况。方法采用S基因区的序列分析法和系统发生树分析法确定HBV基因型,HBV血清标志物检测采用ELISA法检测。结果 105例蒙古族样本中93例测序成功,其中B型26例(27.96%)均为B2亚型,C型47例(50.53%)均为C2亚型,D型20例(21.51%)均为D1亚型;60例汉族样本中51例测序成功,其中B型10例(19.61%)均为B2亚型,C型32例(62.74%)全部为C2亚型,D型9例(17.65%)均为D1亚型;从NCBI中BLAST的分型结果与S基因系统发生树的分型结果完全相同。结论内蒙古兴安盟科右中旗地区蒙古族及汉族HBV基因型均为B、C、D型,B、D基因型以蒙古族为主,C基因型以汉族为主。
Objective To understand the distribution of hepatitis B virus (HBV) genotypes between Mongolian and Han nationality in Kezuozhongqi area, Xing’an League, Inner Mongolia. Methods HBV genotypes were determined by sequence analysis of S gene region and phylogenetic tree analysis. Serum HBV markers were detected by ELISA. Results 93 of the 105 Mongolian patients were successfully sequenced, of which 26 (27.96%) were type B2, 47 (50.53%) were type C2 and 20 (21.51%) were type D (61.6%) were B2 subtypes, 32 (62.74%) were all C2 subtypes and 9 (17.65%) were D-subtype %) Were all D1 subtype. The typing results of BLAST from NCBI were identical to those of phylogenetic tree of S gene. Conclusion The HBV genotypes of Mongolian and Han nationality in Section Youzhongzhong of Xing’an League, Inner Mongolia are all B, C and D genotypes, while the genotypes of B and D are Mongolian and C genotypes are Han.
