目的概括及探讨目前RGS1在黑色素瘤及其他恶性肿瘤中的研究进展。方法 PubMed检索RGS1与恶性肿瘤相关的文献,综合概括并讨论相关结论。结果 RGS1在众多恶性肿瘤中高表达,在恶性黑色素瘤中,可以与某些基因一同作为诊断指标区分良恶性,还与黑色素瘤患者的预后密切相关。另外,RGS1还有作为肿瘤相关抗原的潜能。结论 RGS1的肿瘤相关特性还未有更多深入研究,相关机制还不明,而现有结果提示RGS1的高表达对肿瘤诊断和治疗有非常重要的意义。深入研究RGS1的功能将为黑色素瘤及其他RGS1高表达的恶性肿瘤的治疗提供帮助。
Objective To summarize and explore the current research progress of RGS1 in melanoma and other malignant tumors. Methods PubMed retrieved RGS1 associated with malignant tumors, summarized and discussed the relevant conclusions. Results RGS1 was highly expressed in many malignant tumors. In malignant melanoma, RGS1 can be used as a diagnostic indicator to differentiate benign from malignant melanoma. It is also closely related to the prognosis of melanoma. In addition, RGS1 also has potential as a tumor-associated antigen. CONCLUSION: The tumor-related properties of RGS1 have not been further studied, and the relevant mechanisms are still unknown. However, the current results suggest that the high expression of RGS1 is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors. In-depth study of the function of RGS1 will help melanoma and other malignant tumors with high RGS1 expression.
