在现代社会 ,人力资源的有效开发利用已成为推动经济发展和社会进步最重要的动力和源泉。青年群体是中国经济和社会发展的重要人力资源。中国传统文化对于现时代青年人力资源开发的影响有着深远的意义。在传统文化的利用与青年人才开发的问题上 ,必须抛弃其保守的、落后的、不符合开发要求的糟粕 ,吸取其为现时代所需要的精华 ,赋予其新的意义 ,使其获得新生 ,使青年人才在激烈的科技竞争和经济竞争中立于不败之地。
