近段时间,笔者看报章、杂志、电视以至文件,发现有些部门、有些人对农村村民委员会管辖的“村”的称谓使用不一,如“××村委”、“××村”、“××行政村”等。这些称谓既不规范也不准确。经查阅1998年11月4日第九届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第五次会议修订通过的《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》等法律法规,笔者发现,“村”的称谓也未见有规范的提法。当前,对“村”的称谓使用不够规范、不够准确主要表现在:
