目的探讨高度近视白内障超声乳化后囊袋内植入晶状体囊袋扩张环的临床疗效。方法对高度近视白内障患者52例64眼行白内障超声乳化后植入囊袋张力环和人工晶体,观察其手术效果。结果术后矫正视力>0.8者15例(21眼),0.6～0.8者29例(33眼),<0.5者8例(10眼)。术后2a内发生视网膜脱离的1例。后囊膜混浊的2例。结论高度近视白内障患者植入晶体囊袋扩张环能较好的维持眼内组织稳定性,视力恢复明显,并有效地预防视网膜脱离及后发障的发生,使高度近视白内障的手术更加安全。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification capsular bag dilation ring after phacoemulsification in high myopia cataract. Methods 52 eyes of 64 patients with cataract with high myopia were implanted with capsular tension ring and intraocular lens (IOL) after phacoemulsification and the surgical effect was observed. Results There were 15 cases (21 eyes) with corrected visual acuity> 0.8 after surgery, 29 cases (0.6 eyes) with 29 cases (0.6 eyes), and 8 eyes (0 case) with 0.5 eyes. One case of retinal detachment occurred within 2 days after operation. Posterior capsular opacification in 2 cases. Conclusion Intraocular lens dilatation ring implantation in cataract patients with high myopia can better maintain the stability of intraocular tissue, visual acuity recovery, and effectively prevent the retinal detachment and the occurrence of post-traumatic disorders, the surgery of high myopia cataract more secure.
