财金[2012]56号天津、辽宁、山东、贵州省(市)财政厅(局):为了落实《国务院关于鼓励和引导民间投资健康发展的若干意见》(国发[2010]13号)精神,引导小额贷款公司规范健康发展,加大对“三农”发展的支持力度,现就小额贷款公司涉农贷款增量奖励有关事项通知如下:
