我院最近收治1例子宫破裂5天误诊活胎的病人。介绍如下: 患者黄某,女,34岁,足月妊娠第二胎,破水3天后因腹胀厉害,胎位不清,产程无进展而于1978年2月27日由别公社卫生院转来我院。末次月经1977年农历5月24日。孕后无不适,能照常参加劳动。1978年2月24日开始腹痛,25日晚8～9时破水,此后腹痛阵阵加剧。26日因腹痛剧烈产不出而抬到当地卫生院。当时腹痛减轻甚至完全无腹痛。继而腹胀逐渐严重,致使呼吸困难。仰卧时无特殊痛苦,侧卧或按压下腹部时感疼痛,能自解大
