通过对近5年煤矿事故的统计分析,得到了我国煤矿事故总死亡人数在逐年下降,但每次事故的平均死亡人数却逐年上升的规律。PCPR煤矿安全体系,既肯定了煤矿生产需要严抓事故的源头治理,又强调在事故发生后能有效控制事故的发展过程,为工人逃生创造更多的时间,给工人提供避难空间,增强事故应急救援的效率,尽量减少事故造成的人员和物质损失。PCPR煤矿安全体系在常村煤矿的成功应用表明PCPR煤矿安全体系在全国的推广条件已经成熟。
Through the statistical analysis of coal mine accidents in recent 5 years, the total death toll of coal mine accidents in our country is decreasing year by year, but the average death toll of each accident is increasing year by year. The PCPR coal mine safety system not only confirms the source control of coal mine production that needs to pay close attention to accidents, but also emphasizes the effective control of the accident development process after the accident so as to create more time for workers to escape, provide workers with shelter space and enhance accident emergency Rescue efficiency, minimize personnel and material damage caused by the accident. The successful application of PCPR coal mine safety system in Changcun coal mine shows that the promotion conditions of PCPR coal mine safety system in China are mature.
