目的:制备一种治疗鼻炎的复方滴鼻荆。方法:确定制剂的处方组成,建立质量控制方法,考察制剂的稳定性。结果:选用氧氟沙星及盐酸麻黄碱,地塞米松等药物,以CMC-Na为助悬荆制备成混悬液。临床使用效果良好,制备工艺简单,质控方法可靠。结论:本品具有局部药物浓度高,药效时间长等优点,是治疗鼻炎较理想的制剂。
