认识 BMP及其受体与口腔正常上皮及其癌变的关系 ,有助于深入了解口腔上皮癌变的机理。本文用免疫组织化学方法对 BMP- 2 / 4,- 5与 BMP受体 BMPR- IA在口腔颊部粘膜正常上皮、良性病变和癌变中的表达进行观察和半定量分析。标本包括 :9例正常上皮 (normal buccal m ucosa,NB)、 8例慢性炎症 (nonspecific chronic inflam mation,NCI)、 7例过度角化 (hyperkeratosis,HK)、 5例乳头状瘤 (squam ous cell papilloma,SCP)、 2 9例鳞癌 (squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)、10例癌旁上皮 (epithelium im mediately adjacent to carcinom a,EAC)以及 6例硬腭粘膜上皮 (norm al mucosa of hard palate,NHP)。结果显示 :BMP- 2 / 4,- 5与 BMPR- IA在口腔粘膜的正常与良性病变上皮中有弱的和不均一的阳性表达 ,NB与 NHP无明显差别。而除 3例 SCC外 ,其它 SCC几乎均有程度不一的阳性表达。在 EAC中的表达接近于 SCC,二者明显高于正常与良性组。此外 ,转移在淋巴结中的癌细胞的 BMP- 2 / 4与 BMP- 5阳性程度略高于原发灶的癌细胞。本文认为 :BMP- 2 / 4,-5与 BMPR- IA可能参与调控口腔上皮的癌变
To understand the relationship between BMP and its receptor and oral normal epithelium and its carcinogenesis is helpful to understand the mechanism of oral carcinogenesis. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe and semi-quantitatively analyze BMP-2, BMP-4 and BMPR-IA expression in oral mucosa normal epithelium, benign lesions and carcinogenesis. The specimens included 9 cases of normal buccal mucosa (NB), 8 cases of nonspecific chronic inflammations (NCI), 7 cases of hyperkeratosis (HK), 5 cases of squamous cell papilloma , SCP), 29 squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), 10 epithelium im mediately adjacent to carcinom a (EAC) and 6 norm al mucosa of hard palate (NHP). The results showed that BMP-2/4, -5 and BMPR-IA were weakly and non-uniformly positive in the normal and benign epithelium of oral mucosa, there was no significant difference between NB and NHP. In addition to 3 cases of SCC, SCC almost all have varying degrees of positive expression. The expression in EAC was close to SCC, both significantly higher than in normal and benign groups. In addition, the metastatic BMP-2/4 and BMP-5 in the lymph nodes of cancer cells were slightly higher than that of the primary tumor cells. This article suggests that: BMP-2/4, -5 and BMPR-IA may be involved in the regulation of oral carcinogenesis
