研究了三乙烯四胺(TETA)、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MP)和羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)对NBR/PP共混胶增容效果的影响,采用SEM分析了共混胶的相态结构,并通过红外光谱表征了其增容机理.结果表明,TE-TA/MP/XNBR是NBR/PP共混胶较为理想的增容体系,TETA/MP/XNBR在170℃下生成PP~NBR嵌段共聚物起到增容效果;通过双螺杆挤出机预先混合TETA/MP,再与XNBR反应生成增容剂的过程较为稳定;当预混物/XNBR用量为5/5~8/8份时增容效果最佳.“,”Effects of addition of triethylene tetramine(TETA),maleic-modified polypropylene(MP) and carboxylated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(XNBR) on compatiblizing effects of NBR/PP blends were investigated,and the morphology construction of the blends was analyzed by using SEM,and the compatiblizing mechanism was also characterized with the infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the compatiblizing agents showed excellent compatiblizing effects with fine morphology and outstanding properties.PP~NBR segmental copolymer produced at 170 ℃ by TETA/MP/XNBR had compatiblizing effects.The process of TETA and MP premixing by using twin-screw extruder and then reacting with XNBR to produce compatiblizing agents was more simple and stable.The compatiblizing effects were optimum when the premixer/XNBR contents were changed form 5 phr/5 phr to 8 phr/8 phr.
