大连的乡镇企业渤海机床厂(小机)“挖走”了国有大企业大连机床厂(大机)的三总师等50多名专业技术人才。这一“风波”经《经济日报》报道。并开展连续性的专题讨论,在全国引起巨大反响。从当事者到傍观者,从省长到企业职工,人们坦陈了自己的看法,其中不乏真知卓见。我认为这场讨论是一场生动的发展市场经济的大课堂,使广大读者都受到不同程度的启发和教育。但是也应该看到在人才流动、人才竞争中也存在一些认识上的误区,需要重新认识。
