目的 观察尼莫通对三叉神经刺激后血浆神经肽变化的影响。方法 30只 SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、刺激组及尼莫通组。采用放射免疫法测定各组血浆中 P物质 (SP)、血管活性肠肽 (VIP)、神经肽 Y(NPY)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)、β-内啡肽 (β- EP)、强啡肽 A(Dyn A)与亮啡肽 (L EK)含量。结果 与假手术组比较 ,刺激组 NPY、CGRP、SP与 VIP升高 ;与刺激组比较 ,尼莫通组 SP、NPY降低 ,β- EP升高。结论 三叉神经受刺激后 ,引起血管舒缩的神经肽大量释放 ,尼莫通可部分地抑制这种释放 ,并可导致镇痛物质β- EP的升高。
Objective To observe the effect of nimotop on plasma neuropeptide after trigeminal nerve stimulation. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, stimulation group and nimotong group. Plasma SP, VG, NPY, CGRP, β-EP were measured by radioimmunoassay in each group. , Dynorphin A (Dyn A) and leupeptten (L EK) content. Results Compared with sham operation group, NPY, CGRP, SP and VIP increased in stimulation group. Compared with stimulation group, SP and NPY decreased and β-EP increased in nimotop group. CONCLUSION: After trigeminal nerve stimulation, neuropeptides that cause vasomotion are largely released and nimotop can partially inhibit this release and lead to an increase in the β-EP of the analgesic substance.
