木犀属植物栽培品种国际登录权威“花落中国”,是我国园艺学界和花卉产业界的一大盛事、喜事。但是,也如同其他许多新鲜事物一样,国人对“植物品种国际登录权威”了解不多,对它究竟有些什么权利、需要尽什么义务,以及它究竟能给中国园艺学界和花卉产业带来些什么等等,都还存在不少模糊的认识。尤其是个别媒体报道,匆匆忙忙地、有意无意地传播了一些似是而非的观点,更造成了某种混乱。为了使读者对“植物品种国际登录权威”有个清楚的了解,本刊特约记者洪崇恩,与我国园艺学界前辈、专家、梅品种国际登录权威陈俊愉院士,以及新荣膺木犀属品种登录权威的向其柏教授,就此问题作了较详细、深入的交谈。
