近年来,在矿物加工工业中,极为重视降低矿石加工成本和节约能耗。破碎是加工矿石的第一个环节,所以,重视矿石的可碎性试验;用可靠的测试手段测定被破碎矿石的主要参数;应用大型高效的破碎设备和改进破碎回路的自动控制是必要的。筛分是整个破碎回路的关键,矿石被破碎后,一般均需经筛分后再进入磨机,但因筛子是廉价设备,往往不注意挑选和维护,导致低的筛分效率和设备运转率,使整个破碎回路的生产率受影响。现已对筛子的改进引起重视,如多角度筛子的应用;设计防止筛面堵塞的橡胶球固定层;耐磨损材料的应用等。本文分破碎与筛分两部份,来阐述国外在这两方面的进展。
In recent years, in the mineral processing industry, great importance has been attached to reducing ore processing costs and saving energy. Crushing is the first step in the processing of ores. Therefore, emphasis should be placed on the crushability test of ores. The main parameters of crushed ores should be determined by reliable test methods. The application of large and efficient crushing equipment and the improvement of automatic control of crushing circuits are necessary. Screening is the key to the whole crushing circuit. After the ore is crushed, it usually needs to be sieved before entering the mill. However, because the sieve is a cheap equipment, it is often not paid attention to selection and maintenance, resulting in low screening efficiency and equipment operation rate , So that the entire crushing circuit productivity affected. Attention has been given to the improvement of the sieve, such as the use of multi-angle sieve; design to prevent the sieve plug rubber ball fixed layer; wear-resistant materials and so on. This article is divided into two parts, broken down and sieved, to illustrate the progress of these two areas abroad.
