通过计算机模拟设计了一种用于获取三维折射率场多方向干涉图的多通道F-P干涉系统,结果表明,当利用Sine重建算法来再现三维折射率场时,六个方向的F-P干涉图能达到2.24%的平均重建误差。作为一个应用实例,作者用该系统获得了一个三峰温度场的多方向干涉图,并重建了其三维折射率分布。
A multi-channel F-P interference system for acquiring multi-directional interferograms of three-dimensional refractive index field was designed by computer simulation. The results show that when the Sine reconstruction algorithm is used to reproduce the three-dimensional refractive index field, the F-P Interferograms can achieve an average reconstruction error of 2.24%. As an application example, the author obtained a multi-directional interferogram of the temperature field of the tri-peak by using this system and reconstructed its three-dimensional refractive index distribution.
