利用大型有限元软件ANSYS ,对受单向拉伸的中心穿透裂纹板进行了三维弹塑性断裂计算和分析 ,分别得出屈服应力、切线模量、裂纹深度及板的厚度的不同引起J积分值的变化 ,为防断裂设计的选材和结构完整性评价分析提供了理论依据。
Using the large-scale finite element software ANSYS, the three-dimensional elasto-plastic fracture calculation and analysis of the central cracked plate subjected to uniaxial stretching were conducted. The yield stress, the tangent modulus, the crack depth and the thickness of the plate caused J integral The change of the value provides the theoretical basis for the material selection and structural integrity evaluation of the anti-fracture design.
