比较SPA排牙法与传统排牙法的临床效果。对两种方法排列的全口义齿采用双盲法进行比较,由患者选择满意的义齿。结果在受试41例患者中,有21例选择了SPA排牙法排的全口义齿;8例认为两副义告均满意;10例选择传统方法排列的人工牙;2例对两副义齿匀不满意。经x~2检验0.05>P>0.01,差别有显著性。提示临床上在排列全口义齿时应根据患者实际情况结合患者审美要求,制作出符合个性特征的全口义齿,在不影响修复原则的前题下尽量满足患者要求。
To compare the clinical effect of SPA rowing method and traditional rowing method. The total denture arranged in the two methods was compared by double-blind method and the patient selected the satisfactory denture.
