随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,我国在的高速公路建设上也有了很大的进步,以山东省高速公路为例,自从1993年第一条济南至青岛的高速公路建成通车至2012年高速公路通车里程已达到4540公里,并即将突破5000公里,90%的县市区都将通达高速公路。但它在带来高效、快捷、方便的同时,也不可避免地带来了交通拥挤、事故损害等诸多安全问题。因此开展高速公路安全管理对策的研究也日趋重要。
