近来发现沿海地区甲状腺疾病和甲状腺癌发病率增加。有人怀疑这与沿海地区民众摄食富碘海产品有关。为确证过量摄食富碘海产品与甲状腺疾病的关系,本实验用富碘的紫菜浸液对人乳头状甲状腺癌细胞株BCPAP做了培养,对小鼠做了过量紫菜饲喂。发现甲状腺癌细胞和小鼠甲状腺合成甲状腺素T3、T4的能力下降,而降钙素CT和癌胚抗原CEA升高。这为科学地摄食富碘海产品,减少甲状腺疾病的发生提供了参考。
Recently, the incidence of thyroid disease and thyroid cancer in coastal areas has been increased. Some suspect this is related to the coastal areas of the population eating iodine-rich seafood. In order to confirm the relationship between excessive intake of iodine-rich seafood and thyroid diseases, we cultured the human papillary thyroid carcinoma cell line BCPAP with iodine-enriched seaweed extract and fed an excessive amount of laver. Found thyroid cancer cells and thyroid thyroid synthesis of thyroxine T3, T4 decreased ability, and calcitonin CT and carcinoembryonic antigen CEA increased. This provides a reference for scientifically ingesting iodine-rich seafood and reducing the occurrence of thyroid diseases.
